With a career in property that began in 2006 in London, Lauren brings a unique blend of marketing expertise and real estate passion to her role within the business. Having spent a transformative year abroad, Lauren carved her own path in the industry, distinct from her family legacy in property.
Armed with a Bachelor of Marketing, she has skillfully merged her two areas of expertise, focusing on the intersection of marketing and real estate.
Lauren is particularly passionate about biophilic design and the importance of fostering community prosperity, believing that vibrant and successful communities are essential for enhancing quality of life.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jarrod, gardening and raising their two children on their farm.
As her youngest starts school next year, she’s excited to take up golf and perfect her swing at the Murray Downs Golf & Country Club, a place she’s proud to call her home course.
John Monahan

John has made Swan Hill & District and its residential real estate market his life’s passion, bringing over 45 years of experience to the industry. With a deep understanding of successful residential developments, he recognises their direct impact on strong property values.
Murray Downs holds a special place in John’s heart; he has served as the exclusive selling agent of land for the Kidman Reid family since its inception in the 1990s. This area was once a working pastoral station with a rich heritage, and it’s also where his mother lived and worked, deepening his connection to the community.
Whether designing neighbourhoods, discussing the hallmarks of successful developments, or overcoming engineering challenges, John’s breadth of experience and knowledge is unmatched in the region.
Despite his professional success, his true pride lies in his family life with wife Jen, four daughters and four grandchildren, along with the fulfilling life he has built in the Swan Hill district.
